I have over 15 years experience of delivering CBT and counselling across a number of different sectors.

I gained my full accreditation as a CBT therapist with the BABCP in 2009 and have worked in Primary care mental health and Nottinghamshire healthcare Psychotherapy service offering longer term treatment.

 

More recently I have  been working in the private sector supporting employees to return to work as part of their occupational health service

 

I have also completed my Masters in Person Centred Psychotherapy and use this to compliment my practice to build a therapy plan which is suited to each client’s needs based on the best evidence base.

Due to my wide experience base I can deliver short term or more longer-term in-depth therapy. I believe that therapy should be tailored to meet your needs
