Meet the Team
We have a diverse mix of therapists across the country offering online and face to face appointments. All of the team are fully qualified and accredited CBT therapists with the BABCP. They have all been carefully selected as they hold the same values as I do in the delivery of their therapy. They all bring their own unique style, skill set and specialist interests to add to the services we offer.
I clinically supervise the whole team to ensure that the highest standard of care is being delivered.

Busy life? Non-stop schedule? Always looking after everyone else but never finding time for yourself?
Do you feel like you're constantly spinning too many plates? Your mind never switches off, you're worrying about everything, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, struggling to concentrate, and wondering if you're doing anything well at all?
If this sounds familiar, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) could help you feel more in control and make life feel more manageable.
I'm Jess. I’m a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) therapist with 20 years' experience working in adult mental health, including the last 13 years specialising in CBT.
I know that taking the first step and asking for help isn't always easy. That's why I offer a warm, safe and confidential space where you can press pause, take a breath and focus on you for a while.
Together, using CBT, we'll make sense of what's happening, untangle the thoughts and worries that are keeping you stuck, and break things down into manageable steps. We'll build a personalised mental health toolkit to help you manage stress, quieten the constant overthinking, improve your focus and feel more in control in everyday life.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy. You just need to recognise that something needs to change.
With the right support, you can move from simply getting through each day to feeling calmer, more confident, more resilient and, importantly, more like yourself again.
I offer face-to-face CBT sessions in Coventry and online therapy remotely, making it easier to access support in a way that works for you.

Joanne Paine
Hello, I’m Jo, a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with the BABCP, with over 20 years of experience working within mental health services.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress and low self-esteem. I have worked across NHS mental health services, specialist teams, private practice, and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), helping people from diverse backgrounds navigate challenges and move toward meaningful change.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, which is why I aim to provide a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely listened to.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based CBT. I believe therapy works best when we work together to understand what is keeping difficulties going and develop practical tools and strategies tailored to your individual needs and goals. My focus is not only on helping you manage current challenges but also on equipping you with long-term skills to improve your wellbeing and quality of life.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling to cope, I offer a safe and supportive environment to help you better understand your experiences, regain confidence, and move toward a calmer, more fulfilling future.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards improved mental wellbeing.

I am a BABCP-accredited therapist and a qualified EMDR practitioner. I have also completed additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Adapted CBT for ADHD.
I specialise in helping people overcome trauma and a range of anxiety disorders, with a special interest in neurodiversity, particularly ADHD.
I am friendly, approachable and down-to-earth. I listen carefully to what you say, and I take a very practical approach. I make sure you leave our sessions with a toolbox of strategies and techniques you can use long-term. At the same time, I have the inner strength to provide you with a safe and supportive space when you are hurting, helping you make sense of your struggles. When you need it, I will challenge you to help you see things from a different perspective. And when you make progress, we will make sure to celebrate and acknowledge your hard work together.
I believe we will work as a team. You are the expert in your own experiences, and my role is to help you achieve your full potential and start living life in line with your values. Whoever you are and whatever matters to you, I would love to be on your team and do some amazing work together.
My sessions are currently only online.

Lulu Falbe-Hansen
I am a registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP) and Art Psychotherapist (BAAT), offering a flexible, client-centred approach that draws from both structured CBT methods and creative, arts-based techniques. Throughout my 15 year career in the mental health sector, I have worked with people experiencing emotional distress, developing the skills to provide a supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental space that empowers people to navigate their challenges. I am committed to creating a safe space where you can explore your goals, challenges, and wellbeing at your own pace.
I believe that you are the expert in your life experience and values. Our work together will be collaborative, and I aim to hold a compassionate space for you to share your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Together, we will explore your goals and create a tailored treatment plan to help you move towards the future you envision. I view my role as working alongside you to help make sense of the components, both past and present, that are shaping your journey, and guiding you as you take the brave step of engaging in therapy.
Throughout our work, I will regularly seek your feedback to ensure we are progressing at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is that, by the end of therapy, you will feel heard, understood, and equipped with new skills to confidently face the next stage of your life.
I offer face to face sessions in Chesterfield and online, so I can meet you where ever you are.

Lauren Davidson
Hi there, I am Lauren, I specialise in Children and Young people. My biggest reason for doing what I do, is to empower others to believe in their own capabilities and worth.
I aim to develop a professional friendship with those that I work with by offering a non-judgemental, cosy and discrete environment. I've built up my expertise through ten years of experience in the mental health sector working with adults, children and young people and those with neurodiversity. I have a specialism in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which is an evidence based therapy that focuses on thoughts, behaviours, feelings and beliefs. My aim is to help you and/or your child to gain a better understanding of symptoms and to collaboratively develop a tailored and personalised therapy plan to cover specific needs and wants. The aim of CBT is to supply you with a "tool kit" that you will be able to refer to and use throughout the rest of your life.
I offer face to face appointments in Bolton and online appointments.
